Dec It Out will ensure that your wedding day will be all that you dreamed it to be. We will take care of all the details with unlimited consultation with you. You will be as involved in the selection of vendors as you would like. We will help you choose vendors that compliment your style and budget, create personalized to-do-list for you, and provide complete assistance concerning your wedding venue, caterer, attire, music, invitations, accessories, flowers, decorations, photography, transportation, cake, ceremony, reception, rehearsal, favors, pre-wedding parties and showers.

Prior To Service
You have prepared most of the work, but now the details are becoming a bit too much. You have work, the bridal party, parents, out-of town guests, and vendor driving up your stress level. Dec It Out will work with you to know your desires, decorative ideas, and coordinate the vendors for your big day. We will make sure the coordination of all parties involved are there on time and make sure your wishes are followed.


Day Of Wedding
All the planning is done and there are some items you need someone to handle the day of your wedding. We will make certain the vendors are following the established timeline; ensure that the flowers get from one venue to the next, and all the bits and pieces that come with your BIG day are done. On your special day, you and your family should enjoy the wedding you have planned instead of worrying about all the details that need to fall into place. Dec It Out will meet with you, discuss your event, review your timelines, and make contact with each vendor to confirm all plans and commitments are finalized.

Servicing Wedding
All bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, halos, etc. are placed with the proper person and position all arrangements at the ceremony site.

Coordinating activities are not included with this package.

This package allows couples to customize. You select only the services you want and need. Please feel free to choose from the list of services we have to customize your package to suit your need. You may choose for us to perform any single service or several from our list of expertise.
